What is a cold compression therapy machine?+
It is a system designed to circulate cold water through a body-specific wrap while providing pneumatic compression. The Game Ready® GRPro 2.1 combines both functions in one portable control unit.
Do I need to add ice?+
Yes. The unit arrives clean and empty. You add your own ice and water to the reservoir and refill them as needed. Recurring bags of ice are not included.
Which wrap do I need?+
Tell us the body area your healthcare provider has recommended treating. We will confirm an appropriate wrap and current availability before your rental is finalized.
What comes with the rental?+
A typical rental includes the GRPro 2.1 control unit, connector hose, power supply, carrying case, one confirmed body-specific wrap, and setup guidance. Your confirmation lists the exact contents.
Does the equipment arrive clean?+
Yes. Rental equipment is inspected, cleaned, and prepared between customers. Ask us if you would like details about the preparation process.
Do you deliver in Ontario?+
Yes. We serve the Ontario community and confirm timing for your city when you reserve. Delivery and pickup are included with the rental.
Are delivery and pickup included?+
Yes. Delivery to your home and pickup when the rental is complete are included. We do not add unexpected delivery or pickup fees.
How far ahead should I reserve?+
Contact us as soon as you know your surgery or recovery date. Earlier notice gives us the best chance to match your timing and wrap, but you can still ask about near-term availability.
How long can I rent the system?+
Rental periods are flexible and confirmed based on availability. Tell us the duration recommended for your recovery plan and we will provide the applicable options.
Can I use it after knee or shoulder surgery?+
Cold compression systems are commonly used in post-operative recovery, but suitability and instructions are individual. Use the system only as directed by your surgeon or healthcare provider.
How do I return it?+
We arrange pickup when your rental is complete. Keep the equipment and accessories together in the supplied carrying case so everything is ready to collect.
Is Cold Compression Rentals part of Game Ready?+
No. We are an independent equipment rental provider. Game Ready® is a trademark of its respective owner, and we do not manufacture the system.
