Confirm your rental
We confirm unit and wrap availability, your rental term, total price and delivery timing.
Receive your equipment
The clean, empty unit arrives with your chosen wrap, hose, power supply, carrying case and setup guidance.
Set up and use
Add your own ice and water, connect and apply the wrap, and operate the system according to your healthcare provider’s directions.
Pickup included
When the rental ends, pack the system and accessories in the carrying case and we arrange pickup.
At-home setup
Ice + water. Connect. Apply. Follow your plan.
Fill the reservoir to the indicated levels, connect the hose and wrap, apply the wrap as instructed, and select only the settings your healthcare provider has recommended. Replace ice and water as needed during the rental.
